Off to the Bahamas!

Standard rates are $369/seat, round trip or $195/seat, one way for all flights traveling through Ft. Pierce. Standard rates are $419/seat, round trip or $225/seat, one way for all flights traveling through West Palm Beach. DOES NOT include $20 (as of 7/1/2010) per person Bahamas departure tax on flights departing the Bahamas.

If you are booking a flight for someone else who will be the primary passenger (you are not flying), you will need to create an account for that person by clicking the "Create a new Account" button (or the "Login to My Account" button if they already have an existing account) once you have selected the flight dates and times. After you have logged into the their account, you can pay for their travel by changing the default billing address information that appears, as appropriate for the credit card you are using. Billing address MUST be as it appears on your credit card statement.

We depart from the Galaxy Aviation Facility at Witham Field in Stuart. For directions to the terminal call 772-223-7752.

In Ft. Pierce our aircraft depart from APP Services at the Airport Tiki Restaurant. Located next to the U.S. Customs Facility. For directions to the terminal call 772-489-2285.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome on our flights. For pets that weigh less than 20 pounds there is a $50.00 service fee per flight. Pets that weigh more than 20 pounds will require a passenger seat which will be at our regular ticket rate. When you book your pet that weighs more than 20 pounds, please select an additional passenger from the dropdown list to allow for the seat to accommodate your pet. On the confirmation page where you enter additional passenger information, you will need enter information for your pet as well. Just use your own passport information for your pet.

Cancellation Policy

Once purchased our tickets are non-refundable. You may, however, reschedule your flight for another date. Tickets are good for one(1) year from the date of purchase. A Change/Modification fee of $25.00 applies to all tickets. If the cancellation is within 48 hours of departure, no changes are allowed and the ticket is void for all other travel. Cancellations will require a call to our office at (772) 223-7752 in order to make the appropriate changes.

Baggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed 40 pounds of personal luggage. Additional luggage will be billed at $1.00 per pound. Excess baggage will only be accepted on a space available basis.

Additional Service Charges

When departing from the Bahamas all passengers must pay a departure tax to the Government of the Bahamas. As of July 1, 2010, this fee is $20.00 per person.

If travel occurs on a Government holiday in the Bahamas, all passengers will be charged Customs and Immigration overtime fees. This will be divided among all passengers on the flight.
